How to view media/docs shared in a message thread ?

To view all the media files/ documents shared in URVA Connect with a customer can be viewed under Customer Profile.

This is how you can do it:

1. Open URVA Connect app.
2. Go to customer chat  thread.
3. Click on Customer Name to open its profile.
4. There you can see different tabs: Timeline, Docs , Media.
5. Click on respective tab to view data.

Web App:

1. Open URL: feetport.app
2. Login screen will appear, enter Org Code.
3. After that, enter your Username and Password, then click Submit.
4. Now you will be able to see home screen of URVA Connect
5. Go to Conversations to view chats with customer.
6. Click on any of the chat and then go to "Profile" from right bottom of the screen.
7. Now you can view the media shared with the selected customer.
