How to view customer profile?

User can view customer profile in URVA Connect app with details like customer name, contact details, history and other profile details.

Follow these steps to check customer's profile:

Mobile App:

1. Open URVA Connect app.
2. Go to customer chat  thread.
3. Now click on the Customer's name on top bar.
4. A new screen will appear.
5. Here you ca vie all the customer details.

Web App:

1. Open URL: feetport.app
2. Login screen will appear, enter Org Code.
3. After that, enter your Username and Password, then click Submit.
4. Now you will be able to see home screen of URVA Connect
5. Go to Conversations to view chats with customer.
6. Click on any customer chat thread. The chat window will open.
7. Click on "Customer Name". Then click on Profile tab.
8. You can see the profile details of the customer.
