How to use templates for quick response?

Templates/ Canned messages can be created in URVA Connect, follow these steps:

Mobile App:
  1. Open URVA Connect App.
  2. Go to any customer chat thread.
  3. Click on attachment icon.
  4. Click on Templates.
  5. Now select any template from the list and send message.
  6. The selected template message will be sent to the customer.



Web App:
  1. Open URL: feetport.app
  2. Login screen will appear, enter Org Code.
  3. After that, enter your Username and Password, then click Submit.
  4. Now you will be able to see home screen of URVA Connect
  5. Go to Conversations to view chats with customer.
  6. Go to any customer chat thread.
  7. Click on attachment icon.
  8. Click on Templates.
  9. Now select any template from the list and send message.
  10. The selected template message will be sent to the customer.
