How to use templates for quick response?
Templates/ Canned messages can be created in URVA Connect, follow these steps:
Mobile App:
- Open URVA Connect App.
- Go to any customer chat thread.
- Click on attachment icon.
- Click on Templates.
- Now select any template from the list and send message.
- The selected template message will be sent to the customer.
Web App:
- Open URL: feetport.app
- Login screen will appear, enter Org Code.
- After that, enter your Username and Password, then click Submit.
- Now you will be able to see home screen of URVA Connect
- Go to Conversations to view chats with customer.
- Go to any customer chat thread.
- Click on attachment icon.
- Click on Templates.
- Now select any template from the list and send message.
- The selected template message will be sent to the customer.
