How to update customer profile in the CRM?

RMs can update customer profile information from URVA Connect app.

Follow these steps to do so:


  1. Open URVA Connect app.
  2. Go to Progress tab.
  3. Click on any Customer Chat thread.
  4. Now you can update customer's profile info like Email ID, Address and other details.
  5. Customer will send information over the chat.
  6. Rm will long press the information and then a profile icon will appear.
  7. The app will automatically detect the piece of information. Example: If it is an Email ID then the app will open a slide window to update an email ID field.
  8. RM will click on the field and then click on Update.
  9. The information will be updated in customer's profile.
