How to share media /doc files?

Rm can share media files to customers through URVA Connect like photos, videos, attachments, audios and documents etc.

Follow these steps to shared media files to customers:

Mobile App:

1. Open URVA Connect app.
2. Go to customer chat  thread.
3. Click on attachment icon beside message bar.
4. Now click Allow to share media files from your device.
5. Now click on any media option to share.
6. Your gallery storage will open.
7. Now you can select the media file to share.

Web App:

1. From URVA Connect home page, go to Conversations to view chats with customer.
2. Click on attachment icon beside message bar.
3. Now click Allow to share media files from your device.
4. Now click on any media option to share.
5. From your system, the attachments can be shared to the customer.
