How to share FAQs in URVA Connect app?

FAQs can be used as reference material by RMs or can be shared to customers or other RMs as well.

Here is how you can do it:

1. Open URVA Connect app.
2. Go to Progress tab.
3. Click on any Customer Chat thread.
4. Go to Attachment icon.
5. Now click on FAQs.
6. Now you can read the entire document.
7. If you want to share the document, click on copy icon from top left corner.
8. Then share the document via link.
