How to set reminder via URVA Connect?

Users can set reminders in URVA Connect app for a meeting with a customer. Very easy to use and quick to implement. 

Reminders can be set as per steps below:

  1. From Home page, go to Customer chat.
  2. Click on Customer's Name to view his profile.
  3. Under Timeline tab, click on the icon on bottom right screen.
  4. Now click on Clock icon  Set a Reminder option.
  5. Now add reminder. 
  6. Add Name of the Reminder.
  7. Select Date and Time of meeting.
  8. Add Location.
  9. Also you can add your team memebr by clicking on Tag Team option.
  10. In the end, add description and Save.
