How to re-assign chat to other user?

In case an RM is on  leave or unable to reply to a customer's message, URVA Connect allows him to assign the chat to his senior or to his team mates. This provides a complete Customer Service with no loss of business. 

Mobile App:

Assign the chat from one user to another one by one, follow these steps:

  1. From URVA Connect home page, click on the message of the customer under Open tab.
  2. Now a new chat window will appear.
  3. Click three dot option on the card named Unnamed Thread.
  4. User list will appear, select the user to which you want to assign chat.
  5. Click on Tick to assign the chat.
  6. The complete thread will be removed from your app and will be transferred to the selected user.


Web App:

Assign the chat from one user to another, follow these steps:

  1. From URVA Connect home page, click on Conversations.
  2. Now a new chat window will appear and select a customer whose chat you want to assign.
  3. Click three dot option on the card named Unnamed Thread.
  4. User list will appear, select the user to which you want to assign chat. 
  5. Click on Submit  to assign the chat.
  6. The complete thread will be removed from your app and will be transferred to the selected user.
