How to invite a new customer to chat?

RMs can initiate a conversation with the customer by using invite user feature by following these steps:

1. Open URVA Connect app.
2. Click on + icon.
3. Now you will get the list of all the customers.
4. Click on the Customer name and then you will get option of Invite User.
5. Click on Invite User and select e message template to send to customer.
6. Click o Submit and your message will be sent to customer.
