How to create tags & add them to chat threads?

Tags can be helpful in reminding of things or as an identifier for a particular chat thread.

Follow the below steps to create tag and add them to chat threads:

Mobile App:

1. Open converge app.
2. Click on any customer chat thread.
3. Click on three dots  in centre card.
4. Type the keywords under Tags option.
5. Now click on Add and enter tag name.
6. When you close this window, the tag will be added to your chat thread.

Web App:

1. From Conversations page, Click on three dots  in centre card.
2. Type the keywords under Tags option.
3. Now click on Add and enter tag name.
4. When you close this window, the tag will be added to your chat thread.
