How to change customer mapping in URVA Connect app?
In case of new RMs to be mapped with existing customers, we can easily change the customer mapping from URVA Connect app.
Follow these steps to do so:
- Open URVA Connect App.
- Go to Progress tab.
- Click on any Customer Chat thread.
- Now click on Customer's name.
- Customer profile view will open.
- Click on Customer mapped to.
- You will get the list of converge users.
- Select the name of any user to map the customer.
- The customer will be mapped to the selected user/ RM.
