How to bulk resolve chats in URVA Connect app?

Users can easily resolved multiple chats in less time by using URVA connect app. There are some steps below to use this feature in URVA Connect app.

• Go to the URVA connect Home Page and select the Progress option which is given at the bottom center.
• User can see the Chat list will be open .
• Long press to the particular chat.
• Now the check boxes will be appear so that user can choose multiple (Threads) chats to resolve.
• After choosing multiple threads now click on the Resolve option from the right bottom corner. 
• The confirmation msg will be open after clicked on the Resolve option.
• Press OK to proceed and finally chat threads will resolve in bulk by Converge user.
