How to bulk assign chats in URVA Connect app?

Go to the URVA Connect Home Page and select the Progress option which is given at the bottom center.
User can see the Chat list will be open .
Long press to the particular chat.
Now the check boxes will be appear so that user can choose multiple (Threads) chats to assign.
After choosing multiple threads now click on the Reassign option from the left bottom corner which is labeled in blue colour.
Now user can see the list of the users to assign chats.
Select user to whom you want to assign the chats and click on the Tick icon from the right bottom corner to complete this process.
Finally chats will assign in bulk by URVA Connect users.
