How the manager can view Dashboards for reporting team?
Manager can view the performance of his team members in URVA connect through chat Dashboards.
To view the different dashboards created in Converge, follow these steps:
Mobile App:
- Open URVA Connect app.
- Go to menu from URVA Connect icon from top left corner.
- Then you will get the option to Dashboard under Chats tab. Click on it.
- There you can view the option of Chat Analysis in which you can view the status of chats received like Open chats, Pending chats and In Progress chat.
- Also, you can view Response time and Resolution time via dashboards.
- In same way, you will get the option to Dashboard under Contacts tab. Click on it to view the assigned customer graphs.
- Also, you can filter out the data based on different time periods by clicking on top right corner.
Web App:
- Open URL: feetport.app
- Login screen will appear, enter Org Code.
- After that, enter your Username and Password, then click Submit.
- Now you will be able to see home screen of URVA Connect
- Go to Conversations to view chats with customer.
- Go to menu from URVA Connect icon from top left corner.
- Then you will get the option to Dashboard under Chats tab. Click on it.
- There you can view the option of Chat Analysis in which you can view the status of chats received like Open chats, Pending chats and In Progress chat.
- Also, you can view Response time and Resolution time via dashboards.
- In same way, you will get the option to Dashboard under Contacts tab. Click on it to view the assigned customer graphs.
