View location details of your team- Location Analytics

View day's tracked locations for a team member follow the steps:

1. From the Home Page, click on Location Analytics under Team Management.
2. Select your team member's Username.
3. No you will be able to view tracked location of the User for Present Day.
4. Choose the date from the Date option to check tracking for different days.
5. You will be able to view the User' profile, device details with Android and FeetPort app version.
6. Below User's profile you will be able to see no. of tasks done the user on particular day.
7. On the left side, you can see the Location Timeline of the user.
8. Also, you can filter track data on the basis of filters like Task, Fences & Device.
9. You can also click on 'Play Route' option to view the movement of the user in map.

 

Download all this information in excel form for a particular day to check the detailed location data by clicking on 'Download in Excel'.

The entire day's tracking will be available inside a Google Map.

Vew present or absent of field users. A web user can view his team's presence on FeetPort Web portal. To view people present or absent follow below steps:

1. From the Home Page on Urva web, click Location Analytics under Team Management.
2. You will be able to view Present Users who have marked their attendance and are present.
3. Similarly, you will be able to see number of Absent Users and Users who are on Leave.

Remind the team to mark their attendance. Web user can send Attendance alert message to the field users from FeetPort Web portal if some one is showing absent:

1. From the Home Page on Urva web, click Location Analytics under Team Management.
2. Click on Absent.
3. Now click on the Bell icon against the absent field users.
4. Once the dialog appears, click Remind.

A push notification will now be sent to the field user's device reminding them to mark their attendance.

 View the missing / intermittent location tracking:

1. Select your team member's username and choose the date.
2. Click on Track.
3. Turn on Missing Tracking.

View present or absent of field users. Now you will be able to view the missing tracking. A web user can view his team's presence on FeetPort Web portal. To view people present or absent follow below steps:

1. You will be able to view Present Users who have marked their attendance and are present.
2. Similarly, you will be able to see number of Absent Users and Users who are on Leave.

View additional information in Location Analytics. Location Analytics provides the vast information about field user's daily location details:

1. Select your team member's Username.
2. No you will be able to view tracked location of the User for Present Day.
3. You will be able to view the User' profile, device details with Android and FeetPort app version.
4. Below User's profile you will be able to see no. of tasks done the user on particular day.

3. Now click on 'Play Route' option at the bottom right corner.
4. The location tag will move and play the whole route of the  day of a field user.
