Why am I getting a Prompt to Enable Location when its already Enabled?
If you are getting the message even if your location is enabled, then it indicates that your location mode is not on 'High Accuracy'. Follow the steps to enable location with 'High Accuracy'.

From the indicator at the bottom, tap on Enable.
- This takes you to your Device Settings.
- Make sure to enable location

Select location mode as High Accuracy

Login to FeetPort with the User ID and Password provided.
Note:- Please also check location permissions are allowed to Urva app on your device.
