While starting new task I am getting “Please finish the active task first ” error. What do I do?

FeetPort allows user to START single task at one time, if there is already an active task user won't be allowed to create another one.

If you are receiving this prompt, follow the steps mentioned below :

• Tap on the Activity, active task will always be on the top of all tasks under Pending tab

• It will have two option FINISH & DEFER

• Click on any of these options to either complete task or deactivate it

 

• Now tap on Plus icon (+) to Compose a new task or start the provided task.
