I am unable to click Images in FeetPort, if I tap on 'Click' nothing happens. How do I proceed?

Field user can face this error due to some reasons mentioned below, please follow the trouble shooting steps:

• Please check your device Memory free storage.
• If Memory is full please delete some data or move data to SD Card.

If the issue is still not resolved, then try the following :

• Go to Device Settings and tap on Apps.
• Under All apps, click Camera
• Tap on Clear Data.
• Exit Settings and open FeetPort.
• Check if you are able to click images or not.
