View Linked collection data

URVA users can view the data which is linked by the collection by using this feature.

Please follow the steps below for viewing the linked collection data :

  1. On URVA home page, Go to Customers under Collections.

  2. The collection list will appear, select the collection accordingly.

  3. The customer's list under that particular collection will be open.

  4. Now click on any customer and the user can view the multiple Tabs on the right side of the screen.

  5.  User will find the "Linked Collection Tab" by scrolling down the screen, Click on it.

  6. Finally, user will see the data under that tab, click on Open to view the details.
